Employment Region Dashboards and Profiles
The Employment Region dashboards provide insights on the labour market and employment conditions across by employment region and across Australia.
Information is available on each of the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC) industries including the number of employed persons, median weekly earnings, median age, largest employing occupations and workforce share.
Internet Vacancy Index
The Internet Vacancy Index is a monthly count of online job advertisements. Data are available by occupational groups, skill level groups, state or territory and by regional areas.
Labour Force Updates
Jobs and Skills Australia analyses different sources of labour market information to provide insights into workforce and employment trends including the Labour Force Survey.
Recruitment Experiences and Outlook Survey
Jobs and Skills Australia surveys approximately 1,200 employers each month to find out about their experiences when recruiting staff and whether they are expecting to increase staffing levels.
Skills Priority List
The Skills Priority List provides a current assessment of the Australian labour market with a detailed view of occupations in shortage and the anticipated future demand for occupations.
