2026 theme: Pathways to success
The 2026 theme, ‘Pathways to success’, recognises that there is no single route through education and work. People move between study, training, and employment at different stages of life, and a connected system helps make these transitions clearer and more accessible. In its inaugural year, Jobs and Skills Month highlights the many ways Australians navigate learning and work, and the importance of strengthening the pathways that support Australia’s future.
Throughout the month, organisations will come together to:

- build stronger connections across sectors
- support informed decisions about education, training, and careers.
