June quarter results
The latest REOS Spotlight explores employer recruitment activity, hiring difficulty and staffing expectations for the June quarter 2026.
Key findings include:
- Accommodation and Food Services industry recorded the highest recruitment rate (62%).
- Wholesale Trade industry recorded the highest recruitment difficulty (54%).
- Technicians and Trades Workers remained the hardest occupation group to recruit (58% recruitment difficulty).
